Carmine’s Adds Hand-Tossed Pizza to Dinner Menu

As the summer comes to a close and the days become shorter, most people start thinking about cozy sweaters and the seemingly pumpkin-spiced-everything that accompanies Fall. But here at Rosebud, when Fall rolls around, we crave comfort food! And what embodies comfort food better than hot, cheesy pizza?!

Carmine’s, located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, has added a fun variety of hand-tossed pizzas to their dinner menu. You’ll find classics like the ever-popular Margherita with fresh tomatoes, basil and buffalo mozzarella, as well as our take on the way pepperoni should be done – with saucer-size pepperoni, imported from Italy, overlapping to cover the whole pie! And if you’re feeling adventurous indulge in our staff-favorite, the Prosciutto and Arugula!
