Carmine’s on Rush St. is a hotspot for Sting and Sammy Hagar fans! The two legendary musicians were spotted dining at the restaurant last week while in Chicago for performances at Ravinia and Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre. They enjoyed a classic, Italian meal that had them singing Carmine’s praises. (Pun intended!)
Following the recommendations of the culinary team at Carmine’s, the evening began with bruschetta and Italian wine. The party then continued with a selection of Rosebud’s signature dishes, including square noodles, rigatoni alla vodka, Chilean sea bass and chicken parmesan. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and served by Rosebud Restaurants owner and founder, Alex Dana.
The evening ended with a beautiful serving of Rosebud’s signature tiramisu and vanilla ice cream, which are prepared in-house daily. The party was very impressed with the food and service at Carmine’s, and they loved the desserts so much they called the next day ready for another serving!
Carmine’s is known for its big, hearty portions of Italian food, and its reputation for serving the stars! Whether you’re a fan of classic dishes like Chicken Parmesan or have a taste for something sweet like homemade tiramisu, there’s sure to be something on the menu that will make your taste buds sing.
Thank you to Sting, Sammy Hagar and their wonderful guests for dining with us! Next time you’re in Chicago’s Gold Coast, be sure to stop by Carmine’s – you might just spot one of your favorite rock stars!
