🌟 Meet Rosebud team member, Mike Catala! 🌟
Mike’s journey with Rosebud began in July 2015 at @rosebudlittleitaly, just three days before Italian Fest! Over the years, he’s brought his passion for great food and service to @rosebud_rush and Randolph, and in June 2023, we were proud to see him step into a management role at @rosettaitalian.
Growing up on Taylor Street, Mike’s connection to Rosebud runs deep. For him, dining here as a kid was always a special occasion, and his go-to dishes? The classic chicken parmesan or eggplant parmesan. 🍝
