The iconic Carmine’s Chicago is temporarily closed for reconstruction until mid-2025. The new Carmine’s will measure over 10,000 square feet of dining space and feature an expansive, all-weather, outdoor terrace overlooking Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, stunning dining rooms and multiple bar areas on the first floor entry and terrace.

Phil’s journey with Rosebud began over 20 years ago when he first joined the Rosebud family as a manager. His experience has been driven by his deep admiration for Mr. Dana. “He’s the reason I’ve been here so long. His work ethic, the way he runs his business, and how he treats his people—it’s something I truly admire and hope to emulate.” Beyond that, Phil thrives on the fast-paced energy of restaurant life, connecting with guests and being involved in every detail of the dining experience.
Phil`s favorites never disappoint— Square Noodles or Linguine in Clam Sauce, Chicken Vesuvio, and a perfectly cooked New York Strip always top his list.
