Description

Some carrot cakes are good, others are better, but Rosebud’s is the best. We use carrot, crushed pineapple, and pecans to make a make a moist and delicious cake. Topped off with rich cream-cheese frosting and crushed pecans. One 10” cake serves 12-14 people.
